[edit] We Need Help!
We desperately need help with the following volunteer jobs. To sign up, just replace the dots under the job with your name.
- Facilities coordinator. Interface with SAT about our needs for this event.
- Simon Law is taking care of this.
- Web master. Get our wiki up and running.
- Sylvain Carle has this working.
- Sponsorship manager. Contact potential sponsors in Montreal or Canada for sponsorship.
- Evan Prodromou is doing this, but he could use some help!
- I can help with this. heri _at_ madmedia.ca
- Registration coordinator. Someone to make name tags for all BarCampMontreal3 registrants and get them to the event. Coordinate volunteers who are working the door.
- Heri is doing this. heri at madmedia.ca
- Registration volunteers. We need at least 2 people to work the door on Saturday morning: greet people as they come in, give them name tags, and answer any questions they have.

- Lunch Organize lunch for approximately 100 people. Contact a caterer, order food, make sure it gets delivered. Work with Simon to make sure the caterers can get in the building and get set up.
- Nicolas Cossette (ncossette at nvisolutions.com)
- Lunch volunteers. Help caterers get food set up, plates and cutlery, any other odd food jobs.

- Snack coordinator. Organize coffee breaks for all participants. Rent coffee urns for coffee, tea, decaf. Buy a bunch of bagels and other breakfast-time goodies. Get other beverages (soda, water, juice). Get it all to the event. Help snack volunteers get it all prepared for breaks.
- Snack volunteers. Help the snack coordinator get break stuff out for breaks. Need one for pre-event and one for each break.
